PT Evaluation

One hour and fifteen minutes dedicated to a comprehensive evaluation, including intake of medical history, details about your current injury, medical screening and whole body assessment, and a biomechanical assessment of your current issue. We will develop goals and a plan of care based on our findings of this visit.

PT Follow Up

A 45 minute follow up appointment addressing both pain generators and underlying drivers that were found in our initial evaluation. We will also update goals as appropriate. Treatments include a variety of PT techniques tailored to your unique needs.

Private Pilates

Personalized one-on-one sessions with a certified Pilates instructor and physical therapist. Your first session will include a comprehensive posture and movement assessment, a discussion of your goals, and an introduction to key movement principles. Follow-up sessions will be carefully designed to align with your unique progress and goals.
